1. Overview

Your sketches are private by default. Public sharing only happens when you explicitly create a share link. We collect only what we need to run the service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account info such as email and display name.
• Sketches, photos, and reflections you choose to save.
• Usage events like starting a timer or exporting a PDF.
• Billing details handled by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).

3. How We Use Data

• To provide the core product features you request.
• To store and organize your sketches and exports.
• To improve reliability, support, and performance.
• To prevent abuse and protect the service.

4. Sharing & Processors

We use trusted vendors like Supabase (auth, database, storage) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell personal data. We only share data with vendors as needed to operate the service or when required by law.

5. AI Feedback

AI feedback is optional and available to Pro users. When you request AI feedback, we send a low-resolution copy of your sketch and your selected focus area to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate coaching tips. We do not use this data for advertising, and you can skip AI feedback at any time.

6. Data Retention & Control

You can export or delete your data from settings. We retain content until you delete it or your account is closed, unless we need to keep it for legal obligations.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and limit access to production data. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.
