1. Acceptance
By accessing or using 3-Minute Sketchbook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of sketches, photos, and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service. Sketches are private by default unless you generate a share link.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
5. Plans, Billing, and Changes
We offer Free and Pro plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update plan features or pricing with advance notice in the app or billing portal.
6. Availability & Suspension
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it may be unavailable occasionally. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
